Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?

You have the flexibility to request anywhere from 1 design a month to 15 or more—there's no upper limit. However, you can only have one active request at a time. Designs will be delivered sequentially, one by one.

What type of files do I have to send you?

Architectural blueprints or CAD files are preferred. We can accept PDFs, JPEGs or sketches. If possible please include floor plans, sectional, roof plans, elevations, and materials list. All files can be sent via our dashboard as well as a brief outlining the design requirements.

How fast will I receive my designs?

Most requests are fulfilled between 2 -3 days on average. However, for more complex requests like large scale projects, additional time may be needed. Should you require a faster turnaround, please reach out to our team, and they will endeavour to accommodate your timeline.

Why not just hire a full-time, in-house designer?

A skilled full-time, in-house designer, depending on your area, could cost anywhere from £26k/year on the low end and 50k+/year on the high end. On top of this, add benefits, bonuses, sick days and holidays. Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilise.

What type of designs are included with 3D Pro

We work with architects, interior designers, property developers, and exhibition design agencies to bring their ideas to life with photorealistic 3D rendering. We provide detailed 3D renders of any development project all of which can be viewed digitally through visuals or virtual reality walk-throughs. We have experience in the commercial interiors and exhibition design sector so we know exactly what your clients are looking for when it comes to creative concepts.

What programs do you work in?

We primarily utilise 3D program Rhino for modelling then Lumion and Keyshot for rendering. We also work with Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Illustrator, and Photoshop as well.

How does the request system work?

We have a custom-built client dashboard, once logged in you will see a request button, where you can upload your design brief.

We’re an agency, can I use Pingd for my design work?

Sure! We love working with creative agencies, we can produce white-label work/under NDAs. Agencies use our services to free up their lead designers working on smaller jobs causing bottlenecks.

Who owns the rights to the design work you produce?

Once the designs are downloaded you own absolutely everything. We can even send the source files (AI, EPS, PDS, OBJ.)

Do you offer refunds if I don't like the designs?

Unfortunately due to the high quality nature of the work, there are no refunds issued. However, we offer unlimited revisions, so on the rare occasion that you are not happy, we can start fresh and produce a new concept.

I have chosen a subscription, what next?

Once you’re happy with a plan, simply click Get Started. This will take you to our customer dashboard where you will be prompted for payment and to create an account. We will send an onboarding email with more instructions and if you need more assistance getting set up we can schedule a 30-minute intro call through Calendly.

What type of services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services, ours skills include - Interior design, Exhibition design, Virtual reality walkthroughs, Product design, Industrial design, commercial interiors, office design, landscape rendering, garden rendering, interior and exterior rendering. We are also experts in branding an graphic design.

I can’t see a design service I'm looking for, do you offer a custom plan?

Sure! If you need more design power, get in touch and we'll provide a custom subscription plan for you. For example, this could involve adding 3D design which is a premium service.

What billing options do you offer?

All payments will be securely taken through our payment provider Stripe.

How do I cancel my Pingd subscription?

We hope to work with you for a long time, but we understand if you have to go. Luckily, we make it easy to come and go with our flexible options. All we require is 30 days notice for cancellations. There are no hidden fees or penalties for cancellation; the subscription will simply not renew from the following month. If you need to cancel the subscription, you can do so from your account or by letting us know.
