Once you're signed up you'll gain instant access to our dashboard. Here you can begin submitting your design requests, you'll be assigned a dedicated designer who will guide you through each process.
Simply click the "request" button and start filling out the guided request form when prompted. Feel free to attach any relevant files or inspiring images to help us nail your design first time and align with your business goals.
Once requested you will get your completed design delivered to you within just a few days depending on complexity. We pride ourselves on our speed and efficiency, eliminating the need for lengthy meetings and endless email exchanges.
All your ongoing requests can be managed from the dashboard. You can return at any time to make adjustments or communicate additional requirements with our designers. This can be accessed via desktop or mobile.
You'll receive updates as each request progresses from "actioned" to "in progress," "requires more information," or "completed." Say goodbye to sifting through emails or enduring lengthy phone calls with creative teams.
Additionally, you have the option to invite your entire team to the platform, allowing everyone to track and manage projects seamlessly.
Working with Pingd is just like any other agency, our standard operating hours are from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
Once we have your design request we'll get started straight away, working through your requests one at a time. Once your current active request is complete we will move on to the next one.
We are great at communicating, and our client dashboard facilitates a smooth and efficient workflow, ensuring all users stay synchronised. With easy-to-manage chat features and a detailed history of projects and files, everyone remains on the same page throughout the process.
Once your request has been acknowledged by one of our project managers, it will be forwarded to a designer. The designer will then deliver the initial draft within 48 hours, with the timeframe subject to the complexity of the task.
Upon receiving the draft, feel free to request as many revisions as needed. To submit amendments, simply return to our dashboard and utilise the chat feature. Your request status will revert to "in progress" and will be reinserted into the design queue. We'll aim to provide the revised design within another 48-72 hour window.
There is no limit on the number of design requests or revisions you can submit within a month. We handle requests one at a time, ensuring premium design outcomes for both you and your clients.
